The guarantee
Before we start, we agree on one measurable target—hours saved per month, turnaround cut in half, error rate at zero: whatever fits your workflow—and how we will measure it, with the baseline taken in week 1.
If the tool does not reach the target, we keep working at no extra cost until it does. If it turns out the target cannot be reached, we refund the fee.

Terms
Fixed fee, agreed before we start, governed by our standard agreement. We take on one new First Tool per month—we are a small senior team, and the people who scope your project are the people who build it. The next available slot is what we quote.
