BUSINESS AUTOMATION

Remove the repetitive work from your processes—for good.

Custom automation for specialized work that standard software can’t handle.

Integrations and RPA for the repeatable steps. AI for documents and ambiguity. Deterministic software wherever almost right is not enough.

The work nobody should still be doing
  • Documents to read, check and file
  • Information to chase across portals
  • Requests waiting days for an answer
  • Spreadsheets that do not talk to each other
  • The same data typed twice

We build the missing automation around the way your work actually happens.

What we automate

Four shapes of work we meet in almost every organization. The technology is chosen per case—never the other way round.

01 AI + rules

Documents that must be read, checked and filed

Orders, invoices, certificates, technical annexes—arriving as PDFs and mail attachments. A model reads them, deterministic rules check them against your own data, and a person confirms only the exceptions.

02 Integrations · RPA

Information scattered across systems nobody will replace

Someone logs into four portals to assemble one answer. We collect and reconcile it on a schedule, so the answer already exists when the question arrives.

four logins one view
03 Deterministic

Requests that wait days for a decision

A quote, an authorization, a feasibility check. The rules your specialists already apply become an executable check that answers the ordinary cases immediately—and routes the genuine exceptions to a human.

three days same morning
04 Deterministic

The same data typed twice

Two systems that will never be merged, and a person in the middle keeping them in step. A small tool does the transfer, logs every record and flags what does not match.

Who this is for

Organizations whose specialists hold the process knowledge in their heads, their files and their habits—and for whom almost right is not an option.

You do not need a software team of your own. We work from the files, exports and screens you already have, and we leave you something your own people can keep running.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

Baseline before build.

Every project starts the same way: business objectives, a measured baseline, a target. Never technology for its own sake. We measure how the process runs today before touching anything—so the result is a number we can both check, not an impression.

01

Objectives

What must change for the business?

A written objective, an owner, and the constraints we must work inside.

02

Baseline

How does the process actually run today?

Volumes, hours and error rate—measured on your real work, before anything is built.

03

Target

What number will define success?

Hours saved, turnaround halved, zero errors: a number, not an intention.

04

Build

Where can a machine decide, and where must it not?

Deterministic where it must be, AI where it helps, integrations where the data already exists.

05

Measured result

Did we reach the number we agreed?

Verified against the baseline—or we keep working until it is.

ROI Map

One or two days inside your processes, and a plan with the ROI of every use case—ranked, so you know what to do first and what to leave alone.

What you get
  • 01 The processes mapped as they are really run, not as the manual says
  • 02 A measured baseline: volumes, hours, rework
  • 03 Each use case with its expected return and its risk
  • 04 A recommended first tool, with the target it should hit

Yours to keep, whoever builds it.

First Tool

A pilot with a guaranteed measurable target, agreed in writing before we start: met, or we keep working.

Processes change; a tool that cannot follow them becomes the next problem. Care keeps it in step with how you work.

Straight answers

We have no software team. Is that a problem?

No. Most of our automation clients have none. We work from the files, exports and screens you already use, and we hand over something documented enough that another supplier could take it on.

Is this an AI project?

Only where AI is the right tool: reading documents, handling ambiguity, drafting. Anything that must be exactly right—a calculation, a rule, a transfer between systems—is deterministic software you can audit.

What happens if the target is not met?

First Tool has a fixed fee and a target agreed before we start. If we do not reach it, we keep working until we do. That is why the baseline matters so much to us.

Will it replace our people?

It removes the part of their work that no one wants: retyping, chasing, checking the same thing twice. The judgement stays with them—and they get the exceptions, which is where their judgement is worth something.

How soon do we see something working?

The ROI Map takes one or two days. The first tool is scoped so that it reaches its target in weeks, not quarters—if a use case cannot be scoped that way, we say so and start with a different one.
